Reflective Practitioner

Clinical Supervision

Supervision is more than case consultation. It’s a place to slow down, reflect, and reconnect—with ourselves and with the heart of our work. It’s where we hold space for how this work shapes us, emotionally, relationally, professionally, and ethically.

We consistently show up for others with presence and care, day after day. Supervision is a holding place for our own Self. It helps us stay grounded, build confidence, and navigate the complexity of this work, together.

Beth’s supervision style is warm, collaborative, and rooted in Relational practice.  Beth offers a reflective, supportive space where therapists can explore the personal and professional complexities of our work, celebrate successes, and be supported, and enjoy the journey, together.

She understands how vulnerable supervision can feel; therefore, she draws on a variety of ethical standards founded in supervision theory to create a safe space for exploration.  Beth uses the Seven-Eyed Model of Supervision, along with Developmental, Attachment, and Feminist theory. Her clinical work includes Satir Family Systems, Sandtray, and Experiential therapies, all anchored in trauma-informed care and the wisdom of the body. Beth’s clinical experience spans work with families, couples, children, adolescents, and individual adults.

Supervision training: Becoming a Reflective Systemic Practioner, Beth is an RCC-ACS candidate.

Whether you're a student, new grad, or an experienced therapist, supervision offers support to both sustain and deepen your work.  Supervision can offer fresh perspective, challenge, and growth. Most of all, it’s a space to feel safety and support—so you can continue feeling competent, confident, and connected in your work.
